You can read all the legal-ease
below, but a concise version of it
would simply be that the sole
purpose of this website is to honor
the Memory of the USS William M.
Wood DD/DDR-715 and all her crews
and friends we've met and made along
the way. We have total respect for
the privacy of everyone who visits
or uses our website and/or registers
with it as a former shipmate or
friend of the "Willie Wood". We are
a non-profit organization and are
not in the business of selling,
renting or giving away any of the
information we may collect from our
visitors.
This also holds true with our "Registration" form. A great deal of
the information is only stored in
our private database, and only to be
used to contact our shipmates with
information such as reunions, the
Wood III project, etc. The only
personal information posted on this
website after you've registered, is
your name, your term of service on
the Wood, your Rate/Rank and
possibly your email and the State
you currently reside in. Even this
information is posted with option.

focuses on the "Guest Book"
and the "Chat" areas, where any
comments that the webmaster feels
are non conducive to the spirit of
the site, are considered in his
sole discretion offense to any
individual or group, or may
contain what is considered foul
language, will and can be deleted
by him without any prior notice or
consent from the individual who
